Our Fabrication Facility

Arbor Park Homes are constructed in a modern fabricating facility located in Illinois--one of perhaps the largest in the Central United States. A dedicated staff of nearly one hundred skilled craftsmen can produce and ship up to seven complete homes a day. There are also additional offices for engineering and administrative.



“After dry-in, which took 11 days for the 2,500 sq. ft. superstructure, the project proceeded very smoothly. The homeowners happily completed their dream home with $19,000 equity.”



This 2,548 sq. ft. (living space w/ garage) home was “totally erected” in 24.75 hours by an 8- man crew of experienced and inexperienced personnel. The owners moved in 73 days after the arrival of the second container.
